Terms and Conditions:

1. Prices and Taxes

  • All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and include applicable Antiguan government taxes, unless stated otherwise.

  • Rates are subject to change without prior notice, although any confirmed bookings at the time of change will not be affected.

  • Additional fees, such as a government tourism levy or service charge, may apply as required by law.

2. Payment and Terms at Check-in/Check-out

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments in XCD and USD. Any exchange rate used will be determined by the hotel’s prevailing rate on the day of payment.

  • Deposits and Cancellations: A $150 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the reservation. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid charges.

  • Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 PM. Late check-out requests may incur an additional charge and are subject to availability.

3. Traveling with Minors

  • Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. Guests traveling with minors are responsible for their supervision and behavior throughout their stay.

  • Minors must be registered at check-in and may require additional verification if requested by hotel staff.

4. Accessibility or Special Needs

  • Our hotel does not offer accessible facilities to accommodate guests with special needs, including wheelchair-accessible rooms and common areas.

  • Guests with special requirements are encouraged to inform us in advance to ensure we can provide suitable accommodations.

5. Parking

  • Complimentary parking is available to guests. Please note that parking spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • The hotel assumes no responsibility for damage, loss, or theft of vehicles or personal items left in vehicles while on hotel property.

6. Hotel Events

  • Events may take place at the hotel that could cause some disturbance to guests. We will inform guests of scheduled events that may impact their stay and apologize in advance for any inconvenience.

  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule events due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Dispute Resolution/Issues

  • In the case of any concerns, guests are encouraged to address issues with guest services staff. Formal complaints may be submitted in writing for management review.

  • Disputes will be governed by the laws of Antigua and Barbuda, and the local courts will have jurisdiction.

8. Use of Personal Information

  • We collect personal information for the purpose of reservation and guest services. This information may be shared with third parties for services such as payment processing and room bookings.

9. Liability

  • The hotel is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to guests or their belongings unless caused by the hotel’s gross negligence.

  • Guests are responsible for their own belongings and valuables. Safety deposit boxes are available in each room for secure storage.

10. Force Majeure

  • The hotel is not liable for non-performance or delays in fulfilling services due to circumstances beyond its control, including natural disasters, government actions, or health emergencies.

11. Third Party Rights

  • Only the guest and the hotel have rights under these terms and conditions. No third party shall have any rights to enforce these terms.

12. Waiver

  • Failure by the hotel to enforce any term or provision of these terms shall not constitute a waiver of that term or provision in the future.

13. Severance

  • If any term of these conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in effect.
